1. Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 100g minced meat
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, heat some olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the minced meat and cook until brown.
- Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve the sauce over the spaghetti.
2. Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- Lettuce
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
- Add the grilled chicken slices on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything and serve cold.
3. Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Maple syrup
Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk, and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve cold.
6. Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cheese (grated)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.

- Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.

8. Vegetable Stir-fry

- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat some olive oil in a pan.
- Add the carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini.

9. Tuna Sandwich

- Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread and serve.
10. Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 apples (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter to make a dough.
- Place the apple slices in a baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cover the apples with the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool and serve.
